How we think, whether it’s positive or negative, steers our ship as it travels down life’s river. Our thoughts form the words that come out of our mouths, our words become our actions, and our actions ultimately become our destiny.

We have around 60,000 thoughts a day, which can be incredibly dangerous if you’re focused on the wrong things.

Positive thoughts have an incredibly powerful impact on shaping destiny, while negative thoughts have the powerful ability to disrupt positivity.
When you understood the profound impact that your own thinking has on your life, you slow down, evaluate yourself, and weed out the negativity. Remember, YOU ARE IN FULL CONTROL of your thoughts and actions.

If your thinking is not 100% positive, you’ll never experience the extent of your true potential—ask yourself if it serves you to spend time entertaining the negative.

I CHALLENGE YOU to make the conscious choice to live positively for just ONE DAY; practice 24 hours of NOTHING but positivity.

I tried this exercise a while back and decided to continue for another week, then for another year. Now it’s a lifetime habit I treasure.
